  2. Gram Flour 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee 1 cup
  4. Powdered sugar 1 3/4 cup
  5. Yogurt 1/4 cup
  6. Alkali 1 teaspoon
  7. Green cardamom seeds coarsely ground 1/4 teaspoon
Strategy
Stage 1
Add the ghee and sugar together in a food processor and blend. Add yoghurt and cycle again. Give rest for ten minutes. Sifter together refined flour, gram flour, and salt.

Stage 2
Add green cardamom powder and blend. Add the flour blend to the ghee and sugar combination and cream once more. Eliminate the batter to a bowl and give rest for 30 minutes.

Stage 3
Preheat the broiler to 180°C. Oil a baking plate. Make thirty little balls from the mixture and put them on the plate keeping some space between each.

Stage 4
Prepare in the preheated broiler at 180°C for twenty to 25 minutes.

Stage 5
Allow them to cool on the plate for quite a while and afterward put them on wire racks to completely cool. Store in an impenetrable compartment.
