  1. Refined flour (maida) 3½ cups + for cleaning
  2. Entire wheat flour (atta) ½ cup
  3. New yeast 1 tablespoon
  4. Castor sugar (caster sugar) 85 grams + a squeeze

  6. Lemon zing 1 teaspoon
  7. Oil 2 tablespoons

  11. Cranberries hacked ¼ cup
  12. Prunes hacked 60 grams
Strategy

Stage 1
Take yeast in a bowl. Add a touch of castor sugar and 2 tablespoons of warm water and blend well. Put away to enact.

Stage 2
Put refined flour, wheat flour, 85 grams of castor sugar, and salt in an electric blender and mix. Add enacted yeast and mix once more.

Stage 3
Add lemon zing and mix. Add 225ml water slowly and mix to make a batter. Add oil and mix to make a delicate batter.
