"Mooli Parantha" is a North Indian flatbread stuffed with grated radish and spices, a delicious and nutritious dish often enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. To make it, prepare a dough using whole wheat flour, water, and salt. For the stuffing, grate radishes, add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, ajwain, cumin seeds, green chilies, coriander leaves, and ghee, then cook until the moisture evaporates. Divide the dough into balls, roll one into a disc, add stuffing, seal, and roll out again. Cook on a hot griddle with ghee or oil until golden brown and crispy.   1. Radishes white, stripped, and ground 2 medium
  2. Entire wheat flour (atta) 1 1/2 cups
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil 2 teaspoons
  5. Carom seeds (ajwain) 1 teaspoon
  6. Green stew cleaved 1 teaspoon
  7. New coriander leaves cleaved 1 tablespoon
  8. Red stew powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Ghee for simmering
  10. Technique

Stage 1
Take radish in a bowl. Add salt, blend, and put away for 10-15 minutes. Press out the abundant water and move the radish to another bowl.

Stage 2
To the radish water, add wheat flour, salt, oil, and some water and ply into a firm batter. Cover with a moist muslin fabric and put away for 15 minutes.

Stage 3
To make stuffing, consolidate carom seeds, green chilies, cleaved coriander, salt, and stew powder in the bowl with ground radishes and blend well.

Stage 4
Partition the mixture into equivalent segments. Carry out the parts into little circles, add a piece of arranged stuffing in the middle, seal the edges, and softly carry out into thick paranthas.

Stage 5
Heat a non-stick tawa. Put the arranged paranthas on it and meal, treating with ghee, till uniformly finished from the two sides.

Serve hot.
