In a little bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper drops. Put away.
Season the chicken bosoms with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a huge skillet over medium-high intensity. Add the chicken bosoms and cook until brilliant brown and cooked through, around 6-8 minutes for each side. Kill the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
In a similar skillet, add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes, until fresh and delicate. Kill the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
In a different skillet, heat sesame oil over medium intensity. Add the green onions and frozen peas, and cook for 2 minutes. Push the vegetables aside from the skillet and empty the beaten eggs into the opposite side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
Add the cooked rice to the skillet with the vegetables and eggs. Pour the soy sauce blend over the rice and mix to consolidate. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the rice is warmed through.
Cut the cooked chicken into strips and shower with the ginger soy coat. Serve the chicken close by the seared rice and broccoli. Appreciate
