Ingredients for Avocado Sandwich Recipe: 

Avocado cut into thin slices ½ medium
Bread slices ciabatta 12
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Mustard paste 1 teaspoon
Honey 1 teaspoon
Tomato cut into roundels 1 medium
Cucumber cut into roundels 1 medium
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Cream cheese to serve
Onion cut into roundels 1 medium
Banana chips to serve
Tomato ketchup to serve

Method:

Step 1
To set up the spread, take mayonnaise in a bowl. Add mustard paste and honey and mix well.

Step 2
Apply some prepared spread on 1 bread slice. Place tomato roundel, and cucumber roundels and sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns on top.
Step 3
Apply some spread on another bread slice and place it spread side down over the cucumber roundel. Apply some cream cheese on top and place avocado slices and onion rounds on top. Sprinkle a few salt and squashed peppercorns on top.

Step 4
Apply some cream cheddar on a third bread cut and spot it cheddar side down over the avocado cut. Similarly, prepare with remaining bread slices.

Step 5
Serve the sandwiches with banana chips, ketchup, and staying spread. They can be stuffed in a tiffin box to take to the workplace as well.
