Ingredients:

  3. 1 lb ground turkey
  4. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  6. 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  7. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  8. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  9. 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  10. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  11. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  12. 2 cups cooked rice
  13. 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  14. 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  15. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  16. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  17. 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  18. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  19. Salt and pepper to taste
  20. Lettuce leaves for serving

In a huge skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium intensity. Add ground turkey and cook until seared, separating it into disintegrates.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add to the skillet with the turkey and stir to coat.

Cook the turkey mixture for 5 minutes, or until heated through. Stir in green onions and cilantro.

In a separate skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Saute garlic and ginger together until fragrant.

Add cooked rice to the skillet with garlic and ginger. Stir in soy sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until rice is heated through.

In another skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium intensity. Add green beans and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
